Cancellation Terms: Cancellations before 25th September 2023 will be eligible for a 50% refund on the amount paid.
No refunds will be remitted after 25th September 2023. Cancellations can only be made in writing to agts@eagc.org cc: grains@eagc.org.
PARTICIPATION FEES
All rates are per delegate and cover cost of welcome cocktail, participation in 2-day conference including tea breaks, lunches and conference materials, Gala Dinner, access to exhibitions, use of Summit facilities and networking, and Field Tours.
Accommodation and travel expenses (such as airfare) are not covered in the above participation fees.
